Our craft

Since 1990 we have combined precision machinery with generations of hand skill. Here is every step, explained.

The Journey of Gold

Raw bullion → wire → chain → polished jewel. The whole manufacturing journey in one film.

From Factory to You

How our pieces reach jewellers' counters (B2B) and customers directly (B2C).

  1. 01

    Induction melting & alloying

    Refining raw gold

Bullion is assayed, melted in induction furnaces and alloyed to exact 21k or 22k purity before it is poured into bars.

  2. 02

    Rolling mills · wire-drawing benches

    Rolling & wire drawing

Bars are rolled and pulled through progressively smaller dies, annealed between passes, until the wire reaches the exact gauge.

  3. 03

CAD modelling · 3D wax printing

    Design & CAD

Our designers sketch, model in CAD and print wax prototypes, so every bangle and set is approved before metal is cast.

  4. 04

Automatic chain machines · vacuum casting

    Chain linking & casting

Chain machines cut, form and join links from continuous wire. Rings, bangles and sets are vacuum-cast from the approved wax.

  5. 05

    Controlled-atmosphere oven · micro-setting

    Soldering & stone setting

Links are soldered in a controlled-atmosphere oven; artisans hand-set stones and add filigree under magnification.

  6. 06

    Tumble polishing · diamond-cut lathes

    Polishing & hallmarking

Pieces are tumble-polished, diamond-cut and hand-buffed, then weighed, purity-checked and stamped before dispatch.

  7. 07

    Wholesale dispatch · showrooms

    To jewellers & to you

Finished stock ships to jewellers across Pakistan in wholesale lots, and reaches end customers through our showrooms.

Design

Step 1

Sketch

Designers study what jewellers sell and what customers ask for, then sketch collections by hand.

Step 2

Model & prototype

Sketches become precise CAD models; 3D-printed wax lets us check proportion, comfort and weight.

Step 3

Produce & finish

Approved designs are cast, set and finished, then photographed for our catalogue and Instagram.

What is the difference between 21k and 22k gold?

22k is 91.6% pure gold and 21k is 87.5%. 21k is slightly harder, which suits intricate filigree and everyday wear; 22k has a richer colour and is preferred for bridal and investment pieces.

Are your chains machine-made or handmade?

Both. Chain machines form and link the wire with perfect consistency; soldering, stone setting, diamond-cutting and final polishing are finished by hand.

Can you manufacture our own design?

Yes. Send a sketch or photo; we model it in CAD, share a wax or render for approval, then produce it in your required karat and quantity.

How do you guarantee purity?

Gold is assayed when it arrives, alloyed to exact purity, and every finished lot is weighed and purity-checked before dispatch.
