How this piece is made
Every bangles & kangan design passes through the same six stages in our workshop. Here is what happens and what it means for you.
1Design & approval
Your design is sketched and modelled in CAD. For custom wholesale orders you approve the drawing or wax before any gold is used.
2Alloying to exact karat
Gold is melted and alloyed to precise 21K or 22K purity, then rolled and drawn. What is stamped is what is in the metal.
3Forming & filing
Pieces are cast or machine-linked, then filed by hand so every edge is smooth and the fit is exact.
4Stone setting
Artisans set each stone under magnification and check that it sits tight and level.
5Engraving & polishing
Hand engraving, diamond-cutting and multi-stage polishing give the final mirror shine.
6Weighing, QC & hallmark
Every piece is weighed, purity-tested and hallmarked. You receive the exact weight with your order.
